Business, brand, and web problems alike tend to masquerade as something slightly different on the surface than at the root. Asking the right questions in kickoff meetings and getting to the real need — not just what stakeholders think the need is — gets my team to the right solutions quickly and effectively.

Whether competitor research, drilling into user journeys and GA data, or gleaning organic insights, the web landscape changes quickly — and I want to be sure I’m making informed decisions & recommendations.

Clients and stakeholders get stressed when they feel like they don’t have control, or when they feel as though they’re being boxed in. When I provide a few key options and keep it collaborative, I find the team stays more aligned and productive.

Websites can always be tested, and they can always be updated. When stakeholders aren’t sure exactly what they want, I know that once we’re live, we can always use an A/B test and let the data decide how we iterate on future versions.
